Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to build and lead its healthcare litigation practice in Fargo. This role will handle a full range of healthcare disputes, regulatory enforcement matters, and litigation counseling for providers and life sciences clients.

The successful candidate will join an experienced litigation team and have substantial autonomy to grow regional work. A portable practice and demonstrated client development ability are welcome and will be supported by firm resources.

Established partner with significant experience in healthcare litigation and related regulatory matters
Proven track record of handling complex disputes for healthcare providers or life sciences clients
Strong client development skills; portable business encouraged
Admission to practice in the relevant state or eligibility to transfer admission
