Established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Fargo office to lead and grow litigation and labor & employment matters. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related defense work, and construction litigation.

The position offers a high degree of autonomy to develop regional client relationships, manage litigation teams, and work across complementary practice areas. Candidates should be comfortable supervising associates, appearing in court, and driving business development in the Upper Midwest.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.
Proven partner-level litigation experience, including trial and motion practice in employment, professional liability, healthcare, or construction matters.
Track record of originating or growing client relationships and ability to develop new business; portable practice welcomed.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring associates.
