Partner — Employment & Labor (Litigation) — Fargo

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an employment and labor litigation practice in Fargo. The role focuses on representing employers in workplace disputes, regulatory matters and related litigation across state and federal courts.

The firm seeks an experienced trial lawyer who will manage case teams, develop client relationships and drive business development in the region. The position offers a platform to build a durable practice supported by a national firm infrastructure.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established experience in employment/labor litigation and trial work
• Strong client development track record and team leadership ability
