Major national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its litigation practice in Fargo. The role will focus on commercial litigation with a significant securities and white-collar/ regulatory component.

The successful candidate will run a client-facing practice, supervise litigation teams, and handle trial and appellate matters. This position offers a platform to take on lead responsibility for local litigation matters and to grow a portable practice in the region.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in commercial litigation; strong securities and white‑collar exposure preferred.
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and ability to manage teams and develop business locally.
Track record of client development; openness to bringing a portable practice or book of business is desirable.
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission; excellent writing and advocacy skills.
