Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Healthcare Litigation practice in the firm’s Milwaukee office. The role focuses on defense-side and regulatory litigation matters for healthcare and life sciences clients, handling high-stakes disputes and regulatory exposures.

The partner will supervise litigation teams, manage complex case strategy and trial preparation, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on client counseling and regulatory interfaces. Significant business-development responsibility is expected, including maintaining and expanding a portable practice.

Established trial and litigation experience in healthcare and life sciences matters
Record of leading teams and managing complex, high-value disputes
Strong client relationship and business-development skills; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and standing to practice in Wisconsin
