Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Corporate, New York

Seeking a lateral partner to join the firm’s IP and corporate practices in the New York office. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation plus corporate matters, with responsibility for originating and leading matters and collaborating across offices.

Candidates with a portable practice and demonstrated book of business are encouraged to apply; equity opportunities and compensation structure are assessed case-by-case. The team values partners who can drive business development, mentor associates, and work closely with other practice groups.

• Established partner-level experience in IP litigation and significant corporate transactional or governance work.
• Proven business development skills and a portable client base preferred.
• Track record managing teams and supervising complex matters.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and good standing.
