Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Patent Litigation, Bridgehampton

Senior lateral partner role to lead and expand a patent litigation practice from the firm’s Bridgehampton office. The role focuses on high-value patent disputes, courtroom advocacy, and managing complex multi-jurisdictional matters.

Partner will mentor and grow a team of litigators, collaborate with transactional IP colleagues, and drive business development across the region. The position offers autonomy to develop client relationships and strategic case management.

• Established track record in patent litigation, including trial and dispositive motion experience
• Strong client-development skills and proven ability to originate and expand client relationships
• Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions and ability to handle federal court matters
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
