Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a patent litigation practice in Tampa. The role focuses on complex patent litigation matters across technology sectors and requires a trial-ready litigation partner who can manage high-stakes disputes and guide courtroom strategy.

The partner will supervise and mentor litigation teams, work closely with IP litigators and technical experts, and play a central role in client relationship management. The position offers responsibility for case strategy, business development, and cross-office coordination on national matters.
