Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property & Technology, Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on counseling and litigating on IP and technology matters, with significant exposure to telecommunications and life sciences clients.

The team advises on a mix of transactional, licensing, and IP enforcement matters for sophisticated corporate clients. The firm is looking for a partner who can contribute at the senior level to client development, matter leadership, and cross‑practice collaboration.

Portable business is welcome; candidates should be prepared to demonstrate a track record of originating and growing client relationships and handling high‑value matters.

• Established partner with a demonstrated IP/technology practice at the partner level
• Experience in telecommunications and/or life sciences matters preferred
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills; able to present a portable practice
• Strong transactional and/licensing and enforcement experience; courtroom or arbitration experience a plus
