Established, multi-office international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its investment management, fund formation and regulatory practice. The role will focus on advising fund sponsors, managers and institutional investors on fund structuring, regulatory compliance and transactional matters across the firm’s U.S. and U.K. platform.

The partner will work collaboratively with corporate and finance teams to handle fund formations, ongoing regulatory counseling, and related commercial transactions. This is a client-facing leadership role with opportunity to shape and expand a portable investment management practice across key U.S. offices.

Proven partner-level experience in investment management, fund formation and related regulatory work
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Deep knowledge of fund structures (private funds, hedge, private equity, alternatives) and applicable regulatory frameworks
Strong commercial drafting and client advisory skills; experience coordinating with corporate and finance teams
