Lateral Partner, Leveraged Finance - London

Leading international corporate practice is seeking a lateral partner to head leveraged finance matters from its London office. The role focuses on leveraged loans, acquisition finance and related capital markets work for institutional lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers.

The successful candidate will originate and lead complex financings, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-border transactions with UK and international teams. This is a senior role with responsibility for business development and practice growth in the leveraged finance area.
