The successful candidate will lead transactions, originate new business, and mentor junior lawyers within a busy, market-leading practice. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team handling complex debt financings and capital markets-linked transactions.

Established partner-level experience in leveraged finance and related capital markets transactions.
Proven record of originating or developing client relationships and leading deal execution.
Experience supervising associates and working collaboratively on cross-practice matters.
Authorization to practise in the UK or eligibility to obtain local admission.
Portable practice or demonstrable book of business desirable.
