The role focuses on fintech, cyber security, corporate governance and transactional matters, including M&A-related disputes and counseling for technology clients.

Ideal for a partner with a portable practice who can contribute both litigation and deal-side capabilities and who is comfortable working with clients across the West Coast and nationally. Opportunity includes partnering with an established team handling complex commercial, regulatory and technology-driven matters.

Established partner with significant litigation experience and complementary corporate/transactional work (M&A, corporate governance).
Proven experience advising or litigating matters involving fintech, cyber security or technology companies.
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Admission to practice in the U.S. (North Carolina or eligible for transfer/reciprocity preferred) and ability to travel as needed.
