The team represents a mix of corporate clients across industries; the partner will take responsibility for originating and managing high-value matters, developing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers. Seasoned partner-level litigator with significant corporate governance experience
Proven portable client base / book of business and ability to originate work
Admission to practice in Illinois or eligibility for admission
Track record of leading teams, managing large complex matters, and mentoring associates
