Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate, New York

Seeking a partner to join the litigation and corporate teams of a large international law firm’s New York office. The role will combine courtroom and advisory work on commercial disputes with governance and corporate matters, often on cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role in originating and managing client engagements, guide associate staffing and mentoring, and work with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions to deliver coordinated solutions.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate matters.
• Proven ability to originate and maintain a portable practice / book of business and to develop new client opportunities.
• Experience leading teams, managing matters, and working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Active admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and strong professional references.
