Seeking a partner to join a Chicago office with a national technology-focused practice. The role will combine commercial litigation and corporate work, with an emphasis on fintech, cyber security and technology-related M&A and corporate governance matters.

The successful candidate will lead and develop client relationships, work closely with transactional and litigation teams, and help grow a cross‑jurisdictional book of business (portable practice preferred). The position will involve matters for clients across the U.S., with particular engagement on West Coast business.

Established partner or counsel with a proven track record in litigation and corporate matters involving technology, fintech or cyber security
Experience handling technology-related M&A and corporate governance issues
Demonstrated client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Bar admission and standing appropriate for practice in Chicago; ability to work across U.S. jurisdictions
