Established national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to expand its Milwaukee litigation and employment practices. The role will handle commercial and professional-liability litigation and advise on employment and healthcare-related disputes, with opportunities to work on construction-related matters.

The partner will join an integrated team serving regional and national clients, helping develop and lead matters locally while collaborating with cross-office practice groups. This is a practice-building role; candidates with an existing portable practice or client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Proven track record as a trial or litigation partner handling commercial, employment, or professional-liability matters
Experience advising on healthcare or construction-related disputes preferred
Ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Strong courtroom and briefing skills, plus experience managing junior lawyers and client teams
