Lateral Partner — Litigation & Employment, Silicon Valley

Established national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office focusing on commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, and related professional liability and healthcare disputes. The role will handle trial and appellate work for a mix of corporate and institutional clients.

Candidate will join a collaborative team that defends high-stakes matters across employment, healthcare, and construction-related litigation. There is opportunity to lead client engagements and develop business in the region; a portable practice is welcome.

• Established partner-level litigation background with significant experience in employment and labor matters.
• Proven trial and dispositive motion experience; able to manage large, complex cases and supervise teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare and professional liability disputes and construction litigation a plus.
• Track record of client development; portable book of business or demonstrable origination skills preferred.
