Lateral Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Tucson

Seeking a lateral partner to join a broad practice group in the firm's Tucson office, working across litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters. The role will suit a rainmaking partner with a portable practice who wants to collaborate with national colleagues and help build regional capability.

Priority areas include product liability/mass torts and patent/IP litigation, alongside corporate governance and ERISA-related matters. The position offers the opportunity to work on high‑visibility commercial disputes and complex transactional matters with a multi-office team.

• Established partner with a portable book of business and demonstrable client development record
• Substantial experience in litigation and/or intellectual property disputes; corporate transactional experience a plus
• Ability to collaborate across offices and mentor junior lawyers
• Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to qualify
