High-calibre litigation team in Silicon Valley seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its white-collar defence practice. The role will focus on complex criminal and regulatory investigations and high-stakes courtroom matters for corporate and individual clients.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform and will be expected to develop and manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination record is preferred.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on white-collar crime/white-collar defence
Proven trial and appellate advocacy skills and experience managing complex investigations
Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships / portable practice
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted
