Lateral Partner, Litigation — Silicon Valley

Leading litigation practice in Silicon Valley is seeking a trial-focused partner to join its appellate and complex commercial litigation team. The role will involve handling high-stakes appeals, crafting appellate strategy, and leading teams on precedent-setting matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

Ideal candidates will bring significant courtroom and appellate experience, a strong track record of client management, and the ability to originate and grow business within the region. This is a client-facing leadership role with opportunities to shape firm appellate practice and mentor junior litigators.

• Established appellate and/or trial experience in complex commercial litigation
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
