Senior lateral partner opportunity with a well-established Toronto firm seeking to expand its Real Estate and Commercial Leasing bench. The role is client-facing, involving transactional work across real estate, capital markets and private equity matters for mid-market corporate clients.

The firm is open to individual partners or small teams with a portable practice. Appointment is initially as a non‑capital partner with a structured path to capital partnership after an initial period; a buy‑in will be required and will be scaled to the incoming book of business.

Established partner or practice leader with a portable book of business (strong, revenue-generating practice expected).
Track record in Real Estate and Commercial Leasing; experience advising on Private Equity and Capital Markets transactions an asset.
Comfort joining initially as a non-capital partner with a view to capital partner status after an introductory period.
Teams or individual partners considered; firm is open to senior hires making a strategic move.
