Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Austin real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters, with frequent work across healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related transactions.

The partner will take a client-facing leadership role, originating and managing deals, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with complementary industry teams. This is a partnership opportunity for an experienced real estate/construction lawyer wanting to grow a portable practice in a busy regional market.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction transactions and related commercial work
Demonstrated experience with leasing, industrial/logistics or resort development; experience in healthcare or renewable energy transactions preferred
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; a portable practice is welcome
Admission to the Texas bar (or ability to waive/obtain) and excellent interpersonal skills
