The role will focus on complex leasing, development and construction matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.
The successful candidate will lead client engagements, work with cross-practice teams on financings and project development, and help grow the regional practice. This is a visible, client-facing role with significant business development and team leadership responsibilities.
- Established partner with extensive transactional experience in real estate and construction matters
- Track record advising on leasing, development, construction contracts and related finance matters
- Experience with healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects and industrial/resort development preferred
- Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and to lead deal teams
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
