The role focuses on advising energy-sector clients on tax structuring, transactional tax issues, and regulatory tax matters across conventional and renewable energy projects.
The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team working closely with corporate and project finance colleagues to deliver integrated tax advice for energy transactions and investments. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in a busy regional office while leveraging a portable tax practice.
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and active good standing
- Established tax practice with significant experience advising energy-sector clients (transactional and tax planning)
- Track record of originating or bringing portable client relationships and the ability to develop business
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and collaborating across corporate/finance practices
