The firm is seeking a partner who will take a visible market-facing role, supervising teams, driving matters to completion and expanding client relationships across industry sectors. Flexible location options are available for the right candidate; the role will involve significant business development and collaboration with national practice groups.

Established partner-level experience in Real Estate and/or Construction law.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business is welcome.
Experience leading teams on complex transactional and construction matters.
Admissions and ability to practice in Texas or willingness to become admitted.
Strong business development, client-management and cross-practice collaboration skills.
