Senior partner role to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction litigation team in the firm's Fargo office. The position combines hands-on case work with practice development, handling disputes across commercial real estate, construction defect, contract and related commercial litigation matters.

The role suits an experienced partner who will manage a mixed caseload, supervise junior lawyers, and work directly with regional clients and outside counsel. There is a strong emphasis on building local market presence and expanding client relationships across the region.

Significant trial and commercial litigation experience in real estate and construction disputes
Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop associates
