The firm seeks an experienced trial lawyer to add depth to an existing litigation team, mentor junior lawyers, and manage matters from pleading through trial and appeal. This is a partner-level seat with scope to build and lead a regional practice.
Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client development track record in construction or commercial real estate disputes are encouraged to apply.
- Partner-level experience in construction and/or real estate litigation (significant trial and courtroom exposure preferred).
- Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
- Admission to the relevant state bar and good standing.
- Experience supervising associates and managing matter staffing and budgets.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills and commercial judgment on construction and real estate issues.
