Senior partner opportunity to join a busy Midwestern office leading real estate and construction litigation matters. The role focuses on commercial construction disputes, real estate-related litigation, and counseling clients through contentious contractor and owner issues.

The firm seeks an experienced trial lawyer to add depth to an existing litigation team, mentor junior lawyers, and manage matters from pleading through trial and appeal. This is a partner-level seat with scope to build and lead a regional practice.

Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client development track record in construction or commercial real estate disputes are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in construction and/or real estate litigation (significant trial and courtroom exposure preferred).
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Admission to the relevant state bar and good standing.
Experience supervising associates and managing matter staffing and budgets.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and commercial judgment on construction and real estate issues.
