Seeking an experienced partner to join a well-established New York practice focusing on real estate and construction matters. The role will handle a mix of leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development work, with substantial cross-over into healthcare, renewable energy and finance matters.

The team advises on transactional and development matters across complex commercial real estate projects, construction contracting and financing structures. This position is a leadership role that will work closely with senior lawyers across related industry groups.

Open to candidates with a portable practice; a book of business is helpful but not required.

Partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction matters (leasing, development, construction agreements).
Experience advising on healthcare-related real estate and renewable energy projects preferred.
Comfort structuring real estate finance transactions and coordinating cross-practice teams.
Proven client-facing skills and ability to develop or grow a practice in New York; portable business advantageous.
