Senior partner hire for a major law firm’s New York real estate and construction practice. The role will lead transactional and development matters across leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development, with frequent work for healthcare and renewable energy clients and financing counterparties.

The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team advising on large-scale asset and project transactions, construction and development agreements, and real estate financings. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating and managing complex matters.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development
Experience advising on healthcare, renewable energy or industrial/logistics real estate matters
Strong client origination and management skills; ability to lead deal teams and collaborate with finance and regulatory specialists
