Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a real estate and construction practice in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. The role will combine client advisory, transactional work, and construction project counseling across public and private sector clients.

The position involves managing deal teams, overseeing complex site, development and construction matters, and working closely with other practice groups on cross-cutting transactions and disputes. Strong client-facing and business development skills are required; candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Open to candidates nationwide; the hiring team is receptive to partners with an established book of business aligned to real estate or construction work.

• Established partner-level background in real estate and/or construction law.
• Proven track record on transactions, project development, construction contracts, and related counseling.
• Demonstrated client development and team leadership experience; portable practice welcomed.
• Admission or eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C., or willingness to qualify promptly.
