Highly regarded national firm is seeking a partner to join its Real Estate and Construction practice in Washington, D.C. The role will lead matters across the lifecycle of commercial real estate and construction work, advising owners, developers, and other stakeholders on complex transactional and project issues.

The partner will take responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, supervising deal teams, and driving business development in the D.C. market. The team handles a mix of transactional, risk-allocation, and project-related matters.

This is an opportunity to join an established practice with significant regional platform and growth plans in the capital. Candidates with an existing, portable practice in real estate and/or construction will be strongly considered.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law
Proven client development record and ability to bring a portable practice
Track record of managing transactions and/or construction-related disputes and leading teams
Eligibility to practice in Washington, D.C., or ability to become licensed
