Partner opportunity with a leading national law firm seeking an experienced real estate and construction leader for its Washington, D.C. office. The role combines client-facing matters across transactional, development and construction-related work, with responsibility for originating and expanding client relationships.

The successful candidate will lead matters, supervise teams and work collaboratively with colleagues across practices and offices to deliver integrated solutions for owners, developers, lenders and contractors. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions and/or disputes).
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Ability to lead deal teams, mentor associates and coordinate across practice groups.
Admission to practice in D.C. (or ability to obtain) and strong professional references.
