Partner-level opening for a restructuring and bankruptcy practice in Chicago. The role will focus on leading corporate restructuring matters, advising on insolvency-related issues, and developing client strategies across complex reorganizations and workouts.
The firm seeks a senior lawyer who will run engagements, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice through business development and strategic leadership.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established track record in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters at partner level
- Proven client origination and business development experience
- Admission to the Illinois bar or ability to qualify promptly
