Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Bankruptcy, Delaware

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy restructuring and corporate insolvency team in Delaware. The role focuses on leading complex Chapter 11 restructurings, distressed M&A and related corporate work across domestic restructuring matters.

The partner will handle high‑stakes creditor and debtor representations, lead negotiations with secured parties and stakeholders, draft and shepherd restructuring plans and disclosure statements, and work closely with litigation and corporate colleagues on cross‑disciplinary matters.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced restructuring lawyer; a portable practice or established client relationships are welcome as the position includes business development and team leadership responsibilities.

• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and distressed corporate transactions.
• Track record of leading Chapter 11 cases and negotiating restructuring plans and creditor agreements.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
