Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Insolvency

Senior restructuring partner role to join a US restructuring and insolvency team within a large international firm. The position focuses on leading complex bankruptcy and distressed-debt matters, advising creditors, debtors and other stakeholders, and managing cross-border insolvency issues.

The role requires a hands-on leader who will originate and execute work, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with finance, tax and litigation teams across offices. Strong business-development capability and a track record on high-value restructurings are essential.
