The successful candidate will help grow an established regional practice, collaborate with national teams, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record will be valued.

Bar admission in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain)
Partner-level experience in federal/state tax and estate planning matters
Proven client-development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong drafting, counseling and team leadership experience
