Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a tax and litigation practice in the firm's Tucson office. The role combines courtroom experience with tax controversy and advisory work across federal and state levels.

The successful candidate will join a busy regional office, take primary responsibility for litigation matters and tax disputes, and work with a team of litigation and tax practitioners to serve a varied client base. A portable practice or ability to originate and develop client relationships is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in tax controversy and litigation (trial and appellate exposure preferred)
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead matter teams
Strong written and oral advocacy skills; comfort in court and administrative forums
Active bar admission and good standing; ability to practice in the relevant jurisdictions
