Apply in confidence →Leading, technology-focused law practice in New York is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment group. The role will advise on complex technology and media transactions, commercial licensing, strategic partnerships and telecommunications matters.
The successful candidate will be expected to originate and lead client engagements, work closely with cross‑practice teams, and help grow the practice by developing business with technology and media companies.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level track record advising on technology transactions, commercial agreements, licensing or telecom matters
- Demonstrated business development and client relationship management experience in the technology/media sector
- Bar admission in New York (or willingness to obtain) and ability to work from the New York office
