Nationwide remote opportunity for a Law & Motion associate focused on employment and labor litigation. The role centers on motion practice across discovery, dispositive, trial and appellate stages and supports client-facing litigation teams.

This is a non-partner track attorney role available in any state where the firm maintains an office; applicants must be licensed and in good standing in California. The position includes collaboration with litigation teams and professional development resources and carries an annual hours expectation.

Admission to the California bar and in good standing; must meet any ethics/registration requirements in the resident state
Minimum 4 years of California employment litigation experience to be considered for an Associate role; candidates with ~9+ years of CA experience will be considered for Of Counsel level
Demonstrated experience with motion drafting (dispositive, discovery, trial motions) and appellate briefs
Strong legal research, writing, organization and ability to manage large document volumes and competing deadlines
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
Available to work remotely within states where the firm has an office; annual hours expectation ~1850
