Apply in confidence →Our Restructuring and Insolvency team in Sydney advises leading Australian banks, financiers, insolvency practitioners, and corporate clients across all industry sectors. We handle loan recovery, securities enforcement, corporate insolvency, and commercial dispute matters in state and federal jurisdictions.
We are seeking a lawyer with 3–5 years' PQE and strong experience in restructuring, insolvency, and litigation. Ideal candidates will have exposure to large banking litigation, general commercial litigation, managed investment scheme litigation, loan recovery, and securities enforcement. You should be practical, proactive, and possess strong leadership, problem-solving, organisational, written, and oral communication skills, with a high level of client service.
Joining our collaborative and energetic team means working on large, complex, and often high-profile matters alongside senior practitioners. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Acting for Australia’s leading banks on complex restructuring and securities enforcement matters
- Acting for receivers, managers, administrators, and liquidators on external administrations
- Advising on various domestic and international restructuring, insolvency, and litigation matters
- Contributing knowledge and learning resources, including precedents
- Participating in business development and client relationship activities

- 3–5 years' PQE
