Leading US law firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate to join a national life sciences practice based in San Francisco. The group advises venture-backed and public life sciences, healthcare and technology companies on a full range of corporate transactions across the U.S. and internationally.

The role offers exposure to equity financings, IPOs, M&A and ongoing corporate governance and SEC matters, working on deal teams and owning substantial components of transactions. The team welcomes candidates with direct life sciences experience and those with strong corporate transactional backgrounds who are interested in developing in the sector.

2–4 years of transactional corporate experience (private and public company work)
Experience with registered equity offerings, IPOs and ongoing SEC representation
Experience on M&A transactions and managing significant deal components
Life sciences experience preferred but not required; demonstrable interest acceptable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong academic credentials
Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain promptly) required
