Mid-level corporate associate role on a national life sciences team advising venture-backed and public companies across the full lifecycle of growth-stage transactions. The team handles equity financings, registered offerings including IPOs, M&A and ongoing SEC/ public-company matters for clients in the life sciences, healthcare and technology sectors.

The position involves substantive transactional work on both public and private deals, collaborating on teams and owning significant components of matters independently. The group regularly advises clients with cross-border aspects across the US and Asia.

Bar admission (or prompt eligibility) is required. The firm promotes a collaborative, cross-practice environment with opportunities to develop a deep life sciences-focused corporate practice.

2–4 years' corporate transactional experience (PQE)
Experience with public-company work and registered equity offerings, plus M&A and SEC matters
Experience with or strong interest in life sciences clients preferred
Proven ability to work on teams and manage substantial deal components independently; excellent writing and communication skills
Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; strong academic credentials
