A nationally recognized Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice is seeking a mid-level associate to join its team. This is an opportunity to work on strategic commercial transactions for life sciences companies at a highly regarded firm.

The role involves structuring, negotiating, and drafting a range of commercial agreements, including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other strategic transactions. You will work closely with life sciences clients on complex partnering and licensing matters.

3–6 years of experience representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements, including licenses and collaboration agreements
Experience gained at a private law firm or in an in-house legal department
Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
