Life Sciences Partnering & Licensing Attorney — Corporate

Join a nationally recognized life sciences corporate partnering and licensing practice. This role is open in multiple U.S. offices (including Boston, Palo Alto, and San Diego) and focuses on structuring, negotiating and drafting strategic commercial agreements such as licenses and collaboration agreements for life sciences companies.

The team advises clients across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors on transactional matters. Candidates with prior private firm or in-house experience supporting life sciences deals are encouraged to apply; corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree are considered a plus.

• 3–6 years post-qualification transactional experience, preferably with life sciences clients
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating licenses, collaboration and other commercial agreements
• Experience in either private practice or in-house life sciences roles
• Corporate or patent experience and/or a technical degree is a plus
