Apply in confidence →Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on strategic commercial transactions for life sciences companies, with a focus on structuring, negotiating, and drafting licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements.
Qualified candidates will have 3–6 years of relevant experience, gained either in a private law firm or in-house setting. A corporate or patent background and/or a technical degree is a plus.
- Represent life sciences companies in partnering and licensing transactions
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Collaborate with a premier team in a dynamic practice area
- 3–6 years of experience in life sciences partnering, licensing, or commercial transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Corporate or patent experience preferred; technical degree a plus
