Litigation Associate — Albany

Experienced litigation attorney sought for a full-time associate role in an Albany office of a national law firm. The team handles complex public-policy and government-facing litigation, including matters in health care, environmental and energy law, economic development, government procurement, gaming, insurance, and First Amendment work.

The position offers hands-on litigation responsibilities and exposure to client work across industries and jurisdictions, including interaction with government agencies and appearances in state and federal courts.

• 2–5 years of litigation experience
• Admission and good standing with the New York bar
• Strong legal writing, analytical and organizational skills
• Experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, and assisting with or taking/defending depositions; courtroom experience preferred
• Federal clerkship a plus
