Litigation Associate, Commercial Litigation — Seattle

Growing litigation team seeks an associate with 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience to be based in the Seattle office. The role will handle a mix of insurance coverage and general commercial disputes across state and federal courts.

Candidates should be comfortable managing casework independently and collaborating with colleagues on complex litigation matters. Trial, deposition, and oral-argument experience are a plus.

• Juris Doctor (JD).
• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience; insurance coverage/bad-faith experience strongly preferred.
• Admission to practice in Washington required; admission or experience practicing in nearby jurisdictions (e.g., OR, ID, AK) is strongly preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills; federal and state court experience, deposition and trial exposure preferred.
