Litigation Associate – Richmond

Our Richmond office is seeking a full-time, partnership-track associate to join our Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience (class of 2023), a strong academic record, and a commitment to client service. Interest in pro bono work is expected.

• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred; candidates coming directly from a clerkship may receive a clerkship bonus and up to two years of seniority and salary credit toward partnership consideration and compensation.
• Virginia bar membership is preferred, and must be obtained within one year of joining.
