Litigation Associate — Government Contracts, Washington, DC

Seeking a partnership-track litigation associate to join a litigation team focused on corporate, securities, and government investigations. The role is based in the Washington, DC office and supports matters involving government contracts, bid protests, claims and disputes, and related compliance and subcontractor issues.

The ideal candidate has recent experience in government contracts litigation or related investigations, strong analytical and writing skills, and a collaborative approach to client work. DC bar membership is preferred and must be obtained within one year of joining the firm.

• 1–3 years' litigation experience, ideally with government contracts, bid protests, claims/disputes, or investigations
• Compelling academic record and excellent legal research and writing skills
• Team-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities
• DC bar membership preferred; required within one year of hire
