The hiring range for this opening is listed at $225,000–$420,000; exact compensation will depend on experience and role responsibilities.

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to practice in California
Demonstrable experience on M&A and private equity transactions (associate-level transactional experience)
Strong drafting, deal execution and project-management skills
Excellent academic record, attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced deal teams
