A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced M&A resource attorney to join its Corporate practice in Washington. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on enabling the firm's M&A practitioners to work more efficiently and effectively.

You will serve as a central resource for the M&A group, supporting both transaction database management and the development of practice resources. This is the second Resource Attorney supporting the M&A group, so you will work collaboratively with a senior resource attorney and contribute to knowledge management and practice innovation initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled transactional attorney looking to move away from direct client billing and into a practice support and knowledge management career track.

Licensed attorney with 7+ years of experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
Solid understanding of public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties, and market trends
Strong drafting and organizational skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with varied stakeholders
Flexible, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support evolving resource initiatives
