Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an entry-level associate to join its Mass Torts Litigation practice group in its Boston, Chicago, or Washington, DC offices, starting in Fall 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and judicial clerks to work on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters.

Associates will collaborate with cross-office teams on complex product liability defense, including multidistrict litigations and state coordinated actions. The role offers hands-on experience developing key litigation skills such as brief writing, discovery management, expert and fact development, and deposition and trial preparation.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to working closely with clients and colleagues. Compensation details will be shared during the application process.

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (Class of 2027 or current judicial clerks finishing their term)
Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Demonstrated interest in complex litigation, particularly mass torts or product liability defense (preferred but not required)
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
