Mass Torts Litigation Associate

An established mass torts litigation group is seeking an entry-level associate to join in Fall 2027. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices, offering flexibility on location.

You will work collaboratively with cross-office teams on high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters, including multidistrict litigations, state coordinated actions, and complex product liability defense.

The position provides hands-on opportunities to develop advanced litigation skills, including brief writing, discovery management, expert and fact development, and deposition and trial preparation.
