Top-tier international law firm is seeking a mid-level M&A attorney to join its corporate practice across multiple European offices. The role focuses on advising sophisticated corporate clients on a range of buy- and sell-side transactions.

Typical matters include drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing deal processes, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and advising clients on commercial and structural aspects of transactions. The team offers significant client exposure and opportunities to supervise junior lawyers.

3–7 years of post-qualification experience in M&A or corporate transactions.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents.
Strong deal management and client‑facing skills; experience supervising junior associates preferred.
Excellent academic credentials from a recognized law school and strong commercial judgment.
