A premier law firm is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions attorney with 3–7 years of experience to join its Corporate practice in the San Francisco office. The role involves working on sophisticated M&A transactions for clients with complex needs.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on role across the deal lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents to managing the deal process and client relationships. The position also involves supervising junior associates and handling the day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A matters.

3–7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
