Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate M&A (Palo Alto)

A highly regarded law firm is seeking experienced M&A attorneys at the 3rd–7th year level to join its corporate practice in Palo Alto. The group advises clients with sophisticated needs on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions matters.

The role offers significant hands-on deal exposure and client responsibility. Attorneys will draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary transaction documents, manage the deal process, and handle day-to-day workflow demands across a variety of M&A transactions.

Candidates should be comfortable supervising junior associates and managing client relationships, and should bring a strong record of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
