We are seeking an attorney with 3–7 years of M&A experience to join our Corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal processes and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands on a variety of M&A matters for sophisticated clients.

Requirements include a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
