Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary agriculture practice from the firm’s Milwaukee office. The role focuses on agriculture clients, with a notable cannabis-related regulatory component, advising on commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.

The team serves regional and national agribusiness clients; the incoming partner will have responsibility for client relationship leadership, originating work, and integrating with cross-practice regulatory and environmental specialists. The office is open to candidates nationwide.

Candidates with a portable practice or significant book of business aligned to agribusiness or cannabis-related services are especially encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in agriculture law, agribusiness transactions, or related regulatory work
Experience advising on cannabis-related regulatory or transactional matters preferred
Demonstrated originations and client-development track record; portable practice welcomed
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
Strong leadership and collaborative skills to work across practice groups
